In our assortment, there are two cardboard tubes made entirely of paper. This means that the tubes contain no plastic parts, helping to prevent the spread of microplastics and ensuring more sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging. One option is a liner made of untreated paper, and the other is made of high-density paper to protect dry and slightly greasy products.
Recyclable
The tubes are designed for the circular economy and can be disposed of with old paper to be recycled. This also applies to versions with a push-up bottom, sprinkle lid, and an additional intermediate closure for extra product protection. For more information, feel free to contact us.
FSC
Wherever possible, sustainability is a priority. The base and spiral of the cardboard tubes are made from sustainable FSC-certified cardboard and laminated with kraft paper or a printed label. The standard colours and materials are kraft paper in white, brown, or black. The brown and black kraft paper is a mix of FSC paper and partially recycled fibres. Other colours and types of paper, such as straw paper, are available upon request.
Suitable Barrier
It is important to test the tubes with the product to be packaged to ensure they are suitable. If a product requires a stronger barrier or extra protection, we can provide the tube with a plastic interior to protect against humidity and aromas. Please note that this may affect recyclability.

Do you wish to personalise your cardboard tubes with your logo? We can do that starting from 1,000 pieces. A personalised product is more noticeable, increases brand awareness and differentiates you from other companies. The round cardboard tubes can be printed all around for optimal visibility and a playful design.
Our tubes are custom-made and perfectly suited to your specific needs and dimensions. With excellent branding and printing on the surface of the cardboard tubes, they can successfully bring your story to life.
The tubes can be printed with flexo and locally with UV, up to seven colours. We use water-based inks. The tailormade tubes can also be embossed, foil printed, and matt varnished, so there are plenty of possibilities for an eye-catching design.

One piece cardboard tube
You can choose between two bottoms: a fixed cardboard bottom or a removable metal or plastic one. In both cases, the top is a metal lid available in black, gold, silver, or white plastic.
Two-piece cardboard tube
This tube consists of two parts. The high lid slides over the lower part as a cylinder. We offer this tube with a flat - and roll edge for both the bottom and the lid.
One can choose between two types of bottoms: a fixed cardboard bottom or a removable metal or plastic bottom. In both cases, the top is available with black, gold, silver, or white plastic lids.
Three piece cardboard tube (butt-jointed)
This tube consists of two parts. The bottom has a raised neck, ensuring a seamless fit when the lid slides over it.
Both the bottom and lid are offered with flat and roll edges. We can also provide this variant with a sprinkle lid and an additional metal lid as an intermediate closure.
Push up koker
The push-up tube is the same as the three-piece tube, with an added bottom that can be pushed up. This can be used, for example, for deodorant or lip balm. Both the bottom and lid are available with a flat or rolled edge
Available formats
Our range of cardboard tubes includes small and large tubes. The length and diameter can be customised to achieve the perfect fit for your product, ensuring optimal protection.
The internal dimensions range from 1.7 cm to 23 cm, and the external length can be up to 80 cm, sometimes up to 100 cm. We are keen to advise you on all possibilities.

Our cardboard shipping tubes are made of recyclable material and designed with sustainability in mind. However, the PPWR regulation has not yet been fully enacted. We are happy to help you with product information if you need certainty about future legislation.
In the Netherlands:
- No certification is required for 100% recyclable claims.
- No specific regulations for the plastic percentage in paper packaging.
- Products must contain at least 50% paper fibres.

Yes, the length and diameter can be adjusted with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm. Please specify the internal or external dimensions when making a request.
What Types of Closures Are Available?
